The Evolution of Yoga A 200 Hour Immersion into the Practice

What does it mean to be a practitioner/teacher of yoga today?
Join us on a path of deep inquiry, curiosity, and transformation. We understand yoga to be a moving, breathing, ever evolving practice that, while maintaining tradition, can expand outside boundaries and dogma.
This training values inquisition, conversation and expression.
Weekend trainings will be February-June.
There is a written exam on the last day of training and a celebratory Graduation. Summer is for study and crafting the final class. Final classes taught in groups of 4 in September. Certificate upon completion!
